What is a digital download?
A digital download is a file you purchase and receive instantly — no shipping, no waiting. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with a download link. It's yours to keep forever.
How do I access my file after purchase?
Right after checkout, you'll receive a confirmation email with your download link. You can also find your files in your Shopify account under Orders. We recommend saving a backup copy to your cloud storage.
What format are the files?
All products are delivered as PDF files — universally supported on every device, phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
Can I get a refund?
If you haven't yet downloaded your file, contact us within 30 days at support@thinkmedia.com for a full refund. Once downloaded, refunds are not available — but we stand behind every product.
Do I need special software to open the files?
No special software needed. PDFs open in any web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or free apps like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or Google Drive.
